Our laser machine makes us competitive and efficient in the market thanks to its flexibility and high-quality processing method. The machine cuts formats up to 3000 x 1500 mm, max 20 mm in carbon steel and 15 mm in stainless steel.

Laser technology is successfully used for serial and one-off production of parts for many different products. The technology offers incredible possibilities in terms of design, capacity and material selection, and is also capable of cutting shapes and forms that no other method could achieve.

Gas cutting in cooperation with our sister factory lmvindustri in Lönneberga.

Bending is carried out in machines with working pressure up to 300 tons and max length 4 m. For larger series, bending takes place in automated facilities at the sister factory Preform in Laxå.

Machining in CNC-controlled multi-operation machines, horizontal and vertical, as well as CNC-controlled bed mills and lathes takes place at our sister factories Preform in Laxå and lmvindustri in Lönneberga.

Welding is done both manually and with a welding robot. For larger objects, welding is done by robot at the sister factory lmvindustri in Lönneberga.

Powder coating with five-stage pre-treatment takes place at the sister factory Preform in Laxå. Painting with high-solid paint, with free jet blasting with steel grit as pre-treatment, takes place at the sister factory lmvindustri in Lönneberga. For other surface treatments we use our partners.

Assembly of products with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and control with various control systems takes place at our sister factory lmvindustri in Lönneberga.
