This means that customers are offered a complete concept, where lmvindustri takes care of everything from ordering materials and components and manufacturing in several technologies, to assembly and delivery.
Because we have large premises with overhead cranes with high lifting capacity, we are able to handle large objects.

Bending is carried out in machines with working pressure up to 300 tons and max length 4 m at our sister factory Svetsman in Vimmerby. For larger series, bending takes place in automated facilities at the sister factory Preform in Laxå.

Powder coating with five-stage pre-treatment takes place at the sister factory Preform in Laxå. Painting with high-solid paint, with free jet blasting with steel grit as pre-treatment, takes place at lmvindustri. For other surface treatments we use our partners.
